Q:I have reset my ADSL Router to factory default and now I can not access the internet. Help!
A:When an ADSL modem/router is set to factory default it usually means that it has been set back to original generic settings. So it will need to be reconfigured to connect to your ISP's ADSL network. These are the settings for the Telecom ADSL Network: Mode: PPPoA VC-Mux, VPI: 0, VCI: 100. You will also need to change the LAN IP address (if it is different from default) and, of course, add your DSL username and password.
