Use the following process when you call Secure Computing Technical
Support:
- Choose Secure Firewall (Option 1) and then SnapGear (Option
2) as the Product Line and Product.
- Indicate whether you want to create a new ticket or follow
up on an existing ticket. If you are calling to follow up on an
existing ticket, enter the Ticket ID (you don't need to enter the
leading zeroes). If you are calling to create a new ticket, you will be
required to enter your Company ID.
- If you enter a valid Company ID, your support policy will
be verified and your call routed to the appropriate technician.
- If you enter a valid Company ID and your support contract
is invalid, you will be routed to Secure Computing Customer Service to
handle the issue.
Note: If you don't know your Company ID, choose Option 0 (zero)
